Competition Terms

Entry is open to previous customers of Instaloft, who are UK residents and aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Instaloft and anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
To enter the prize draw, customers must submit a photo of their loft in use, along with a brief description of how they’re using the space. The photo must be submitted via social media, and by tagging Instaloft in their post along with the #InstaloftInUse hashtag.
By submitting a photo, customers grant Instaloft the right to use the photo in their marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. Customers also agree to waive any rights of publicity or privacy in connection with the use of their photo.
Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. Entries must be received by the last day of each month to be eligible for that month’s prize draw.
The prize for each month’s prize draw is a £100 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the end of each month. The winner will be notified via social media within 14 days of the draw date.
If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Instaloft reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Instaloft reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice.
By participating in the prize draw, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
