Am I eligible to Pay Monthly?

Applying for an instalment plan is similar to applying for a new credit card. The details you provide are checked against public registers, such as credit-rating agencies. To increase the chances of acceptance, ideally, you will have a good credit history – (no late payments, CCJ’s, etc) – and meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be working at least 16 hours per week
  • Have 3 years of UK address history

Do you need regular access to the wiring and cabling in your loft? We can make bespoke hinged board panels with handles to enable easy access underneath the loft boards.

Breathable Loft Lining

We’ll install X m2 of loft lining to the rafters in your loft. Vapour permeable breathable membrane allows your roof to breathe, meaning you won’t need traditional ventilation.

Thermal Foil Loft Lining

£13 per M2

Thermal foil insulation was essentially designed to keep your house warmer during the winter but its string heat reflective qualities means that it will also keep your loft cool in the summer.

 

Like our other lining options, the thermal foil Loft Lining will also help protect your belongings and loft flooring from unsightly and dirty roof debris.

Loft Linning Trim

Now included as standard on all of our installations, we can line the boarding area of the entrance with breathable membrane fixtures to discreetly hide away the visible insulation in your loft.
