Instaloft came and worked on my 2019 built home today. Every step of the process has been a good experience from initial contact through to the survey through to the installation.We had an enlarged hatch which meant moving our smoke alarm and Instaloft’s own electrician came and did this as part of the install package. They installed a ladder, grab rail and boarded out the centre of the loft area on stilts taking care to avoid existing infrastructure and insulation. I really like how they neaten the edges around the raised areas.

Fantastic and highly recommended. Prompt service, great sales rep and the fitters were fab. Polite, efficient and tidy. I asked for some amendments to the plan on the day and the fitters were only more than happy to amend. Recently hired Instaloft for loft boarding, ladders and new hatch. Very impressed with the service from first communication to the fitting. Richard came round to do my survey and was very friendly, pleasant and made all my options very clear to me. On the day of fitting I had the pleasure of welcoming Taz thier lead installer along with Owen and trainee Andy. .They all worked in a very professional and friendly manner. The boarding and ladders fitted are to very high standard. Cosmeticly the new hatch looks far more superior than our previous one. All in all a fantastic company to deal with, supplying a great product and fabulous customer service.
