Current Vacancies
- Visiting domestic properties
- Full inspection of lofts and associated areas of houses
- Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager
- Undertake clearance air testing, reassurance monitoring and personal monitoring
- Timely monthly quality control checks
- Monthly reporting of exposure records and RPE inspections
- Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264
- Sampling in accordance with HSG 264 and Quality Manual
- Record data accurately within data capture software
- Record accurate sample information on sample bags and labels
- Produce accurate site drawings using (eg Floor Plan Creator for lofts )
- Update data regularly, minimum daily
- Check all locations are photographed and photographs are downloaded onto servers appropriately
- Carry out Technical Quality Assurance checks prior to report being issued to client
- P402 essential
- Full UK driving licence essential
- IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable
- Valid IPAF Licence desirable
- Valid confined space entry and escape certificate desirable

Be Part Of A Life Changing Story...
Rob developed the idea for Telford-based Instaloft, the UK’s largest installer of loft storage solutions, while facing spiralling consumer debt and struggling to feed his nine children. Scrolling online through franchise opportunities, he stumbled across one for loft ladders.
“When I started Instaloft, I was completely broke. I was having to borrow money from my dad, and sell DVDs for £1 each at car boot sales just to keep my head above water. I remember sitting on the floor of my living room and looking through various business opportunities when I stumbled across an advert for a loft boarding franchise, and I though “this is something I can do”.”
Though he could not afford a franchise, in a make-or-break move, Rob purchased some basic tools via a £200 credit card loan, created a basic logo and launched the Instaloft brand on Facebook.
