Every step of the process has been a good experience from initial contact through to the survey through to the installation. We had an enlarged hatch which meant moving our smoke alarm and Instaloft's own electrician came and did this as part of the install package. They installed a ladder, grab rail and boarded out the centre of the loft area on stilts taking care to avoid existing infrastructure and insulation.
